Refund policy

Domestic US Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the 30 days of the original purchase date, product/s are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and hygenic liner on. There must be no signs of washing or used condition - unless suit is defective. There must be no signs of stains and/or odors. For sanitary reasons, please wear underwear while trying on suit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@seeherswim.com. Upon being accepted, you are responsible for paying and sending your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. But we do accept exchanges. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Outside of US/International RETURNS

If you are willing to pay for international shipping and duty costs to return, we will refund or issue online credit for the product amount.

First step for return is to submit a request here.....support@seeherswim.com

Then,receive approval.

Finally, you choose:

1.package the suit securely and send it back to the address below, along with your original purchase receipt.

2. a return shipping label will be emailed to you. The cost of the return shipping will be taken out of your refund/online credit.

Please recycle the See Her Swim packaging, but if you ripped it up, you can use any packaging that is secure. For your extra peace of mind, get a tracking number with your return to insure proof of delivery. Packages shipped back to us without tracking, that fail to arrive are the responsibility of the customer. Allow 14 days to process the return. A confirmation email will be sent to you, and the original payment method will be refunded within 2-3 business days(minus original shipping and/or a pre-paid return shipping label). That’s right- original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received a suit as a gift, but want something different, return with a note saying so, for an online credit. Once your return has been processed, you will be emailed online credit.
